Adding House Points

TrilbyTV allows you to create a House Points slide that you can use to track your site’s house points built in our ready to go smart content. This guide explains how to transfer or create houses and points data into our smart content item.

House points can be a way to promote positive behaviour, encourage pupils to support each other and bring a little competition. Our House Points Smart Content allows you to easily keep track and showcase house points to your community. Follow the steps below to get started:

  1. In the top right corner of your Feed, click Add and select Smart Content.
  2. Click on House points.



  3. In the top right corner, click Add to feed.
    1. Input house name.
    2. Choose house colour.
    3. Upload a house image.
    4. Input number of points.
    5. Click add house.
  4. Repeat step 3 for as many houses as your school uses.

  5. Next, add a title for your House Points slide, i.e. School House Points.
  6. Optional: add a subtitle, i.e. Awards given on December 10th.
  7. Click Save once you're happy with your changes.

TIP

When adding House Points, you can set a Max points available value. To ensure the graph scales correctly, add a value slightly above the leading value, or leave the field blank and the graph will auto-adjust as points are updated.
