Yes. Users with Admin and Moderator permissions can download any video content uploaded or images used in a slideshow.
Find the content item you want to download, then click the Edit button.
On the lower right-hand side, you'll see the Download Original File or Download Slides buttons.
This can be repeated for any videos or slideshows you have uploaded.
