Changing the TrilbyTV site Code

TrilbyTV uses a unique site code to connect your Player devices to your specific organisation's content. This guide explains when and how to change this code if you need to reconfigure your players or secure your installation.

Your TrilbyTV code is used by new users to add them to your specific TrilbyTV site. Without it, new users can't log in and upload or moderate new content.

You can get this code from an administrator who can see it in the System Dashboard accessible from the sidebar.

If your code is given out to people who should not have it, it can easily be changed by an Admin using the Change Code button. Changing the code will not affect users already in your system.
