Firewalls and Filtering
TrilbyTV requires specific network ports and domains to be accessible for content updates. This technical guide details the firewall rules and whitelisting requirements to ensure your players can communicate with the TrilbyTV cloud servers.

Whitelist TrilbyTV
Your local network's firewall and filtering are in place to keep you and your computers safe; some adjustments may be needed for TrilbyTV to work.
If you are unable to connect to TrilbyTV or TrilbyTV Player or are having issues accessing the TrilbyTV website, viewing content, or if you are unable to get a Player code, your network may be blocking access to some of the TrilbyTV systems.
If you have issues, please contact your IT department, share this web page and ask them to whitelist or unblock access to the TrilbyTV domains listed below, allowing access on ports 443 and 80.

Whitelist Google Slides or Instagram
If you use Google Slides or Instagram content, some images and information will be shared directly from the Google, Instagram and Facebook servers, in which case you will need to unblock:

Whitelist Web Content
If you add Web Content to your TrilbyTV, you may also need to whitelist the websites you add so they don't get blocked. For YouTube, be sure to include:

Optional Whitelist Addresses
We use Helpscout for our customer support chat, Google Analytics and Google Firebase, and Sentry for crash reporting and analysis. You can optionally whitelist:

Blocking these URLs should not impact the use of the apps.
